Play! Pass Adjustment

Hi,

 

100 points have been deducted from my account on 23rd April for "Play! Pass Adjustment" but I do not even subscribe to it, can you please look into it?

It’s because you were erroneously issued play pass points after making in store purchases between December 2018 and March 2019. Sephora has decided to take back the points we didn’t earn even though it was their mistake
