When you call the Rouge number it now rings twice, then a canned message
plays that says "Thank you for calling 24/7 in touch. You have reached
an unassigned number. Goodbye." And then it hangs up.

STILL have not received a proper response to this, and the phone number
continues to not work. I have also noticed that Sephora has REMOVED the
concierge line FROM the beauty insider program listings ...

@qusporkyes. I also just tried it again, and it STILL rings twice then
the automated "Thank you for calling Sephora. The exclusive Rouge line
you've contacted is no longer in service" message starts playing.

@DaneeBTcalled it again today because I had a spill within my order.
Rouge line still does not work, I still get the automated message to
CALL the number that I just called.
