Unsuccessful Authorization

I have tried 3 times in the last 3 weeks to get the rouge $100 credit!!! Each time, the points are withdrawn and I get an email saying it is be authorized and that I will receive an activation email shortly. Every time it has canceled my order due to Unsuccessful Authorization, and the reward is no longer available. This is very frustrating! I even added a new form of payment because I thought maybe my other CC was not working.
