Missing Package...AGAIN

Lasership claims to have delivered my package on 8/31 leaving the package with my leasing office. The leasing office hasn't received any packages and the Luxer One system my complex uses shows nothing for me. I have more faith in carrier pigeons than I do Lasership. The company is unreliable and unprofessional. Clearly I need to start shopping at Ulta.
