Where's my package?

Track shows that my item was successfully delivered today, but I have not received it. Called Canada Post and they told me to contact the sender and only the sender can file a claim for non-delivery. Went to the post office, it is not there. Please help me out!

Call Sephora’s customer service and tell what happened. It has happened to me once with Canada post that they delivered my item to the wrong address but fortunately the person who got it left it outside my door.
