Wrong shipping address

I had an incorrect address saved on my Sephora account and now my order is shipping there. It is still processing, so I need to cancel it before it sends it to the incorrect address.

Hi? i have the same problem and about that situation write to sephora assistand but they didnt help

I changed the delivery address before sending and told the Sephora assistant about it. I also have a screen shot but for some reason my parcel is sent to the old address. Please help me with this.
