Unsuccessful Authorization

Hello Sephora, 

 
You haven't replied to my email and although I ordered some products on the 31st of August, it was still "in progress" so I decided to check why it was taking so long. Turns out it said "Unsuccessful Authorization" even though I'm pretty sure I put in the right address, and I definitely made payment. I do not live in the US, I ordered a couple of things from there to send as a gift to someone living in the US. I am disappointed, not because my products were cancelled, because I was not updated. I would like a refund.
