Two accounts with the same email

When I went to a Sephora, they said that I had 100 points. When I got home, I went on the Sephora website, I logged in, and it said that I had no points. A few weeks later I went back to the Sephora and I asked the employee, why I didn't have my points on my account, and they said that I had two accounts. I told them, what could I do to get rid of the second account, that had no points, and they said to visit customer support. So what I'm asking is, is how can I get rid of my second account that doesn't have any points in it. Please let me know, thank you.
