Hi, I have problems with login my account. Every time when I try to login, it shows there is an error with my email and password.It says: " There is an error with your email and/or password. Passwords are 6 to 12 characters long. Please try again or click "Forgot Password?".
Then, I have reset my password, but it still does not work.I dont know what to do,
please help. Thank you.

I also have this issue! I can't stay logged in from either browser or the app. I've tried clearing cache, clearing browsing history on Chrome, and even uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Sephora app which only fixes it for 5 minutes before making me sign in every second again. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I was having the same issues. I created a password that has exactly 12 characters, including a special character (11 + special character) and it worked. Hopefully it works for you also.
I created an account so I can help my wife with this same issue. Customer service doesn’t seem to have an answer. She has reset her password and now she cannot access her account on the web or through the app. Any help would be appreciated.

She tried the call center and chat and they just wanted to reset her password. She now can get into her account but all of her points are gone and it shows some amazon_sephora email address. It won’t let her correct the email address. It basically looks like a new account.

I'm having the same issue. Can't log into my account either. I know my password and email but for some reason, its telling me there is an error with my email and/or password. Whenever I do "forget password", its telling me "Error. There was an error with your email. Please try again.". I had to create this account just to even get through customer service. Please help.
