They won't replace missing items! It's a steal

I contacted customer service for a missing item and they said that my order was sent to a Forwarder and they are not responsible. I explained that they just receive my packages from MANY stores, for years, and I am the one opening my packages, never damaged or broken. I'm assuming since employees at Sephora see a non residential address, they can steal and are not sending complete orders because Sephora will only wash their hands. I am pretty regular customer at Sephora. At the chat I sent proof of my missing items in the box and they just can't refund, resend or credit my account. It's a total steal, because they just say because of the address, they won't take responsibility, when the package it's completely sealed with Sephora labels. I think people putting the packages found a way to steal, since Sephora won't take accountability for those. They won't give you any solution or admit any proof of their mistake.

The same thing just happened to me, these two things were not sent to me from Sephora, I know it was from Sephora because I only opened the package, and it was all sealed, I usually send my things by courier and I have never lost anything from any other company , Sephora is stealing from customers with this method because they know that now everything is done online, and that they have that stupid policy as if we don't realize that they are stealing from us. They don't give me back my 50 dollars and they don't send me what they stole. I am going to tell the whole world what is happening, I am going to post on all pages and networks to make visible the scam to which we are being subjected.
