Text 10% code not working

Hi! I’ve signed up for text service where Sephora sends ads to your number and I just went to use the code but when I enter it I get a message saying I need to be a BI to use…. I’ve been a BI for YEARS and I’m signed in so I don’t see why this is happening? Anyone else have this problem and know the fix????
