I want to complete my order of the NARS radiance tinted moisturizer using the code TINTPOINTS but it says I need to be logged in to by Beauty Insider account to redeem, but I am! Thanks for your help

The same thing is happening to me but the promo is currently active per various reddit users who've had success. Have you tried a different shade? I'm trying to purchase Groenland and I get the error message but the shade Alaska works.

I just did a chat with "Stephen ".  He said the code is for 6/6 to 6/9 and will be active on 6/6.  I tried to tell him the code details page says 6/3 and should be corrected but he ended the chat abruptly.
