Shipping issues

I made a purchase 10 days ago and status still says pending. My delivery date is in 2 days but I have no tracking since it hasn’t shipped. Any idea when this will be fixed?  I understand what is going on but haven’t had issues with any other company. Wish I could cancel and order from another retailer.

Finally got a tracking number on it yesterday.  Still hasn’t left the building a day later. Not going to get it for another week. This is a little much.
