Sephora gift card

I was gifted a Sephora gift card. First time i scratched and used it but showed 0 balance. I never used it. Reached out to customer service just to be told to double check with the store where it was bought from. Sone everything but they said it was an unused card smh. Pls help. This is so frustrating!

that is super frustrating. Where did you get the card from? Was there a receipt. 

Make sure the card has the proper amount of digits 

Do you know how much was supposed to be on the card?
