Sephora credit card not linking on app

Please help. I’ve been having issues since November. I had to get a replacement card but it never linked on the app. Yes the card is active and I use it. It’s just not linked on the Sephora app. I can’t access my rewards on the app either. 
I called Sephora numerous times, sent emails and messages to Comenity as a last resort. Theh had me delete the app and redownload it. So many hoops but no resolution.

I have this same issue! I recently received a replacement card because I never received my first one in the mail. How did you resolve this issue? I spoke to a few people on the phone and nobody could help me.

Oh my goodness, I’ve been having exactly this problem *forever*, ever since I had to have a replacement card issued! I’ve also tried deleting and reinstalling the app, and I’ve also called Sephora and Comenity multiple times. Each time the representatives say it’s the other company that needs to deal with it. One guy at Comenity even ridiculed me for caring so much about the card not being linked in the app anymore, then he hung up on me!! If there’s some way to have it linked again like it used to be, I’d be forever grateful, I love Sephora 🥰
