Samples

Ok as a Rouge customer...I obviously spend a significant amount of money with Sephora. Is there a reason I don't get my samples that i choose? Like why bother have us choose the products that we like...if you don't bother to send any?? My last 3 orders were missing my chosen samples...or just had a random perfume sample tossed in. Very frustrating. I don't get it.
