How many samples can u ask when you are at the store? Because I went today and want to try like 2 foundation but different shades, cause the one from westman atelier doesn’t have the shades up front and the girl told me, I can only have 3 samples. And want to try different stuff.

and secondly went to check for a gloss from dior that the app said they have it. And they didn’t helped cause they said if it wasn’t there they didn’t have it. But the app have it. They didn’t tried to look. Very disappointed it

Hi @Venecya Generally, if our stores are able to provide samples, they are able to provide about 2-3 samples per visit. Additionally, I'm sorry for your disappointment. In the future, I recommend contacting the Sephora store prior to your visit to confirm if the item is in stock. Thank you!
