Same day delivery not working

I have a couple of items I'm trying to get same-day delivered and every time I attempt to checkout, it is saying my zipcode isn't valid but I know it works because I've had stuff same-day delivered to this address before. Is anyone else having issues with this today?

This happened to me way back in March of this year, during the middle of my year-long subscription. I have tried many times since to place same-day deliveries and it has never worked again. The address for the house across the street works, and all the other addresses surrounding me. I've talked to customer service numerous times, their solution was to just "enter the wrong address," which didn't seem like a solution to me at all. After a few attempts talking to Sephora to try to find a solution, they told me there was nothing they could do. I don't really know what's wrong, but I think it's a bug that has to be worked out by their IT. I had to cancel my subscription. It's been a pretty frustrating experience. I did get a partial refund for my subscription.

Exact same thing happened to me right in the middle of my subscription also March. Has never worked since. I use the postal code of the house across the street from me but now that doesn’t work anymore so I’m annoyed. They must have updated their system in March and it’s given them incorrect addresses.

@magrat22, I'm sorry to learn of your experience. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app).
