Same day delivery stolen

Ordered a dyson airstraight because I keep seeing it all over tiktok I even did same day delivery and the Uber driver stole it and delivered me a empty box Uber admitted to it being stolen Uber is the biggest pain to get in touch with I tried to get in touch and so did the store the item came from and they just keep making stuff up but then admitted the driver took it but no refund sephora declined my first request for refund or replacement I sent them all proofs from Ubers emails hopefully they’ll understand what happend I can’t believe this

This also just happened to me today…DoorDash delivered my airstraight to the wrong building and apartment. I went to check to see if it is there and it is not. I reached out to customer service and they would not refund me! They claimed they have a photo-it is not a photo of my apartment. They have escalated it to investigation, but that is not a guaranteed refund. I’m so upset they will not assist me. I’m a long time Sephora shopper and rouge member, I may no longer be a customer after this Dyson Airstrait™ Straightener

The web or desktop simply will not give me any gear icon to turn my pm on I sent you my email associated with the order and order number

@beauty6643 You should see the gear in the top right-hand corner on a mobile or web browser, not the app.
