Same day delivery

Hi I pay for same day delivery but now it’s been telling me for the past 3 days that it does not deliver to my address , I’m unsure why and need help with it please! I logged out logged back in still not working

@angeemarie, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number and shipping address, I'll look into this.

Hi! I cannot find where the turn the private message on?! But I have not placed an order yet as it will not allow me to , it says Sephora does not deliver to my zip code same day which they have many times so I have no idea what’s happening! Thanks for helping me

@angeemarie, private messaging settings can be adjusted on the mobile browser or desktop web browser. Please navigate to the Community home page then look for the gear/settings icon.
