Same Day Delivery Order stolen by UberEats

I NEED HELP 

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with a recent order I placed with Sephora. I am reaching out in the hope that you can provide me with assistance and help me to solve this matter.

 

Between September 27th and 29th, I made several purchases through Sephora, with the intention of having them delivered to the hotel where my friend was staying in Nashville. The majority of my purchases arrived successfully; however, there was one particular order of significant value for which I opted for the "same day" delivery service via Uber. Considering my time constraints and the importance of receiving this order promptly, I chose this delivery option to ensure its timely arrival. The order amounted to nearly $400.

 

Unfortunatelyy, upon my friend's return to Brazi  (our home country), the order that was supposed to be delivered the same day through Uber's service had not arrived. Concerned about the situation, I contacted both the hotel guest service and its security team to inquire them about the delivery. They assured me that no package from Sephora had been received or delivered to me during my friend's stay.

 

Subsequently, I reached out to Sephora's customer service seeking assistance. To my disappointment, I was advised to contact Uber regarding the matter. However, I did not personally arrange for the delivery through Uber, and thus, it is challenging for me to communicate with them directly. Furthermore, there is no evidence or record available to substantiate the delivery of my order.

 

I have had countless emails exchanged with the hotel coordinator, who assured me that this specific purchase was not delivered by Uber Eats. They accessed all cameras and made themselves available for any and all clarifications.

 

Considering these circumstances, I kindly request your help in investigating the whereabouts of my undelivered order. It is essential for me to solve this issue promptly, as it involves a significant value-purchase that has not reached me as it should have. Should  any further steps or procedures be taken by me, I would greatly appreciate your guidance and support.

 

I have been a loyal customer of Sephora for a considerable period, and I have always appreciated the excellent service and quality products offered by your company.

I've had delivery issues with Uber Eats in Miami and mistakenly thought it was only happening in Miami.

But it happened now in Tennessee. So the problem is not in the state, but in the lack of security that the Sephora outsourcer presents.

 

Therefore, I remain hopeful that this matter can be addressed efficiently, and a satisfactory resolution can be reached.

We looked into this further and we are not able to offer a reshipment or replacement for this order. I am not able to modify this and I apologize for any disappointment this might cause.
