No more UberEats for delivery

Why can’t Sephora use a different carrier for same day delivery like shipt, UberEats everytime is an issue…I ordered for same day delivery at 7am and by 1230pm the driver called and said he was at a different address than what I put which was about 45 mins away driving from my delivery point. When I told him where he is supposed to deliver he stated I changed the pin to a different address which made zero sense because you don’t order Sephora through the Uber app it’s ordered on sephoras website where you can’t change the address after 15mins after ordering. When I explained to the driver that the address was never changed and I was looking right at the delivery address on sephoras website and the tracking link to Uber, he decided to not take accountability for his mistake and cancelled the order. I did get a refund processed but now I have to wait two weeks to get any money back to reorder the item. Defeating the entire purpose of paying for a same day delivery. On top of that UberEats allowed a registered account with a bike attempt to deliver an order 45 mins away and that’s 45 mins even by car which is crazy. I would have felt terrible if he even attempted to bike that far. Sephora is not cheap so stop using cheap service.
