Rocksbox subscription

Hello!

I selected the 6 month Rocksbox subscription from the Rewards Bazaar and was wondering how I go about getting the activation code?  I thought it said I had to contact the Sephora Concierge...does that exist?  If so, how do I contact them?

I too, got a 12 month Rockbox subscription with my points.. It's been over a month now and I've been given absolutely no code to redeem it or any further instructions. This is the first time I ever got something substantial with my points, and I was really hoping to have it by the holidays. I went into a store today and they said they had no idea how to get my code.
