Return Shipping Delayed

I wanted to return some items that I bought during the Sephora sale. Despite the fact that it's been around 2 and a half weeks from when I first shipped out the products, my items have not been received by the return processing center. Tracking online shows that there was an issue with delivery, but no other information has been given. Any suggestions on how to move forward with this? Initial delivery delays + these new delays mean I'm worried that I may not be able to make the 60 day window.
