Redeem scent certificate online

Hi everyone! 
I’m trying to redeem a scent certificate online that I bought about a year ago. I thought you were supposed to put the code in the promo/reward box but when I did it said to enter it as a gift card. But it doesn’t have a pin so I couldn’t enter as a gift card. Does anyone know what to do??

@Gaby510 You should add the fragrance you want to redeem to your basket and then add the certificate promo in the promo code box at checkout.

Hi @jass27 To redeem your scent certificate, you'll add the eligible fragrance to your basket then enter the promo code in the promo box at checkout! If you're having trouble with the code, please send me a PM with a clear photo of your voucher so I can take a look.

I got it I was missing a couple of #’s
