Random charge

Hi, 

I ordered a product last week and it arrived today. I was charged $32.88. Today, I see a pending charge for $1.63. 

What is this for?

 

I also do not see the order that was delivered today in my shopping history which is strange.

 

Help would be appreciated! Thank you!
