Promo Code Not Working SAVINGS

This happens literally every time I try to use a promo code in the app. It says I’m not signed in as a beauty insider but I am because it’s giving me free shipping. I deleted my cookies and cache, restarted my phone, signed out of the app and signed back in, added the product again to my basket and STILL the same error message.

Where are the community settings? I cannot access on a browser as it just opens the app
