Points expired without notification email

Hello,

I just noticed my points expired.  Does Sephora send any type of notification email prior to expiration to let you know?  Sadly, I did not receive any notification and did not realize the expiration date was so close.  😞

Same thing happened to me.  I do not recall getting any notification of pending expiration.  The chat person is proving unhelpful.  The call center person claimed to have checked with her supervisor ...then said sorry we cannot do anything for you.  It seems like more of a "Dis"loyalty program to me at this point

Ooh... I found the email. 

Check out this subject:  "Expiring soon: 20% off + your points ⏰"

Considering the other emails around this timeframe related to getting 20% off, how would I even think that this relates to the Beauty Points.  It does not even reference "Beauty Points" to you know it relates to the loyalty program, just "points".

Anyway, I guess I will stick with Shoppers Drug Mart from now on an accumulate PC Optimum points.
