Points expired

Omg I went to check on my points and they suddenly disappeared begining of 2025.....I've saved up about 3,253 points and it took me a very long time to accumulate those points. Was in a bad car accident during Christmas season and unable to shop online at all. But now in recovery and I saw items that I wanted to use the points to redeemed. Please help because I would love to treat myself and the nurse who is assisting me with recovery.

Mine have completely disappeared too. And not with only the $25 minimum, like I had thousands of points (and have shopped online and in store in the past year) and now all of them are gone. Extremely disappointing.

@GlassSlipper72 Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Please send me a private message with your registered email address or you can contact Sephora privately through Facebook, X or Instagram.

I have contacted customer service and they cannot reinstate points. I am so disappointed and frustrated…..there was no given warnings about expired points!!!!
