Points expired without any email notification

Hello team,

I just noticed my points expired. Does Sephora send any type of notification email prior to expiration to let you know? Sadly, I did not receive any notification and had no clue the expiration date was so close. 😞

Sept 7 I had 500 points,  I placed an order too, and on Sep 8 my 500 points are all gone. I wonder how my points from June 22 or May 2nd purchase  could be gone so early???

Thanks Laurie, please do check and let me know. If there's a validity of an year or something, I can understand that the points accumulated until Sept 2022 get expired, but how come points for May 2023 or June 2023 purchase could expire in Sept 2023? Very strange!!

Also where in the portal can I view these points debit or credit history?

All I can see is a final count which definitely doesn't help much in such a situation.

@ritikashah08 @I am not sure if they send an email but it is in their terms and agreements online regarding points expiration if you don’t use them within a year.
