Points Lost!

I lost my beauty insider points! Is there any way to get these back? I recently made a purchase, but I guess it was too late to count as activation, and I’m really disappointed! I’ve been a loyal Sephora Insider for years, and this feels like a bit of a cheap trick by the company to just dissolve points.

I was told I had to get $100 worth to keep points from expiring. I lost >600 points, made a $95 purchase which they verified. Only Rouge and VIB members don’t lose points is what I was told. Funny thing is I teach a class with Sephora as a case study, looks like I’ll need to rethink that. Sephora is losing a 14yr customer, who taught thousands of grad students what a stellar example. No more.

I'm sorry for the confusion. Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more, regardless of your status You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
