Hey guys!

I have a question. As an Insider, I have 190 points saved up. The local Sephora will not let me use the points in the store and said I must do it online. To use the points, do I have to make an actual purchase? I noticed it keeps telling me to "add to the cart" when I try to get my products from the bazaar, even after selecting my products within the point range. Thanks so much!<3

To use points online, @ChristinaXx085 you have to add the rewards item to a purchase unless the reward is 750 (or more) points. But you should be able to pick out something in store. I wonder if your local store was just out of stock or something?

Thank you so much. I'm kind of a newbie but I have bought items in the store before but wasn't sure how the points worked exactly. The birthday gifts are also amazing. I appreciate it.
