I placed an order on Sept 18th and since 23rd Sept it says 'Order is out for delivery'. It was a gift for a friend. This has happened 2nd time with the order. First time i got the refund but this time i was expecting it to be delivered in time. Totally disappointed by Sephora's shipping.
