Package Exception

My order is stuck on an exception status. The tracking history says it was returned to sender and I have not had any other updates since. Any help on how to get it shipped again/getting a refund?

I have this same issue as well! 

I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday but the delivery says "package exception". I don't want the package to be returned to sender, is there any way to resolve this?
