Package exception

Hi! I have tried reaching out to Deliver-It directly yesterday because I forgot to put my apt #. They have yet not responded to my reply. I know that they have 3 delivery attempts before the package is returned back. But I see that it is still stuck on delivery exception 😞 I wonder when it will move
