Exception

I recently ordered something from Sephora with an expected delivery of August 20th. I'm currently out of the country so I am unable to pick it up so it was noted as having an exception when it was delivered early. I was wondering if it was possible to schedule delivery for when I return on the 24th of August or if i could change the delivery option to pick up and then pick it up when I'm back. I do not want the item to be returned to sender or lost.
