Order cancelled without notice

I made a purchase yesterday and checked today to see that it was cancelled without notice. I've seen several posts and threads about the same issue and Sephora seems to still have not fixed it. Now I know better than to purchase online (or at all from Sephora). 

I purchased a fragrance yesterday which had a 4x points deal going on and the deal has now ended. Is there any way for me to repurchase and still get those 4x points?

Yes. Same has happened to me. My order was cancelled three times, and I can only assume it’s because they don’t want to honor the 25% discount on the first credit card purchase. Obviously some very shady business practices going on. After reading these posts, I’m sure the “investigation” they are doing will be a dead end as well. I believe I’ll be done as a customer if they dont rectify the situation. I certainly hope everyone else who has had this experience has washed their hands of this company and told all of their friends to do the same.
