Order - Canada Post Issues

I placed an order the beginning of December. I received an update that my order had shipped however the expected delivery date is January 29th 2025. Can someone tell me how to cancel this order? Its Christmas presents and they need to arrive before Christmas. Unsure why Sephora has not updated to other couriers as most other businesses in Canada have.
