Not getting VIB e-mails

I reached VIB status a a little while ago, but I haven't received any e-mails about the discount nor have I gotten anything about the VIB events.  I actually haven't been receiving e-mails from Sephora in general in a very long time, but I'm on the subscription list.  Is there any way to fix this?
