Horrible Mail In Return Experience

I accidentally put my Sephora return label on a package that was not my Sephora return. I contacted Sephora to ask how to have it shipped back to me after confirming with Fedex directly that all Sephora would need to do is tell the distribution center to return the package or contact Fedex to return it. I was told they couldn’t assist me and there was nothing they can do. My package will be thrown out at the distribution center. I offered to pay for the return or contact the center myself and the REFUSED to help me or provide any suggestions. The contents of the package were worth almost $500 and weren’t even Sephora products and they just are going to THROW THEM OUT! I will only be shopping at Ulta from now on and returning all of my recent Sephora purchases.
