No update on status change for order

Hello, I have been struggling to find out when one of my orders will arrive. There have been three different expected arrival dates, and all have been pushed back. I ordered it almost a week ago, and it was supposed to arrive last Friday. The past few times I have ordered from Sephora, this seems to happen... It would bring me peace of mind to know that my package is not lost since now my status is not updating, and when I try to check the tracking, it says there is an error on the tracking page, and it does not load at all. If someone could help me out, that would be great.
