Rouge status update

Hi I just made an online purchase over $155 so I could change from VIB to Rouge. However the delivery wonโ€™t be until the new year. When does the purchase count? Day I bought the items or day items are delivered?

@janedreamer It can take some time to see the upgrade. I do see that you have now qualified for Rouge status.

@janedreamer It usually counts when it ships out but I would talk to customer service and confirm.
