2 weeks ago I was just shy of being a Rouge member.  Now, two weeks later, I am not even a VIB anymore?

How can I make my profile unprivate. I cant find an option

@EmiliaHealia You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser.

I also don’t see my recent purchases (made in store) on my account.  Was I duped by an employee.  I was 181 dollars off of rouge and now I’m an insider… how does this work

@EmiliaHealia Did you give the employee your email or phone number?  That’s the only way the purchase would be tied to your account. We also ask at checkout what email to use because some clients have multiple emails tied to them.
