New year, but still negative points, please help

Hi, I went kinda wild with the classes Sephora offers and ended up with a lot of negative points. I went a full year with no activity but I still have negative points, does it not go to zero? Please help!

@kelsyix2021 Sorry for the confusion! Negative points do not expire. To bring your account back into the positive, you would need make purchases.
