Negative Points

For some reason, it shows that I have negative points on my account. I know I redeemed something that was 100 but I thought that was free?

@Em2023 I'm sorry for the confusion. If you redeemed a 100 point reward, the points will be deducted from your Beauty Bank. If you did not have 100 points in your Beauty Bank at the time of redemption, you would have a negative balance.
