My order isn’t showing up in recent orders

Placed an order on 3/21 estimated delivery is 3/25. I got the confirmation but I haven’t gotten any updates and when I try to check the order details/track it it says that I have no orders. I don’t mind if it’s delayed, I just want to make sure it’s actually coming. Help! Thank you!
