Missing points

Super disappointed to see almost 700 points taken away that I was saving. Never realised after a year of inactivity they take them away? Typically I would go to a store throughout the year as I prefer seeing/ buying the product in person over buying online, but you know with COVID and everything that wasn’t really an option. Seems like a lot of people had this happen this year. Really disappointed to spend money and earn points just to have them taken away. Will likely start purchasing some place else.
