Missing package!!!!

I am really disappointed with this shopping. I originally placed the order a few days ago because of my birthday a few days ago, in order to reward myself. Then the delivery of this package was delayed at first. Today it was said that the package had arrived with the image. I was very looking forward to going home and unboxing my package. However, my first shopping shocked me. My package was missing. I asked my neighbors and my housemate if they got my package. I waited all night and checked outside the door several times, but I didn't see my package. I contacted Sephora several times and they said they are not responsible for stolen packages. I was really desperate. I will never shop online Sephora again. I spent $500+ to buy nothing and gave $500+ to Sephora for free. Please don’t buy expensive items at Sephora, you will definitely regret it!

I do not want to bug anyone on this page, but Sephora is not responsible for missing packages, they don't care that much, I paid $500+ to buy myself some gifts. Can you not play with me, please ask us for the signature for all products in the future, or put them in a secure place or mailbox... I am so disappointed with how they reacted to the missing package

Never get the package from Sephora, such a scammer here, don't buy anything online, don't be lazy, just go to their store and get what you want! They said there would be no refund for me because of my accommodation problem! Please, don't order it online, I'm just losing my $500+ on Sephora...
