Missing item in order

Hi i just came home and opened up my sephora box to find that i am missing the Ole Henriksen foaming cleanser (clean truth). I called the customer service number but i believe it is afterhours so it was no use. But let me know what the process here would be? Could i go to a sephora store with my invoice? I also took a picture of the box for as it was delivered.

I also received the wrong sample which i am willing to give back since the foundation does not match my skintone at all.
