Missing item in my Sephora order ??!

I just received my Sephora order today and find out that the item I purchased was not in my package. It is clearly listed on the packing slip but it was nowhere to be found. There were 4 items in total but I only received 3 of them, the make up forever lipstick was missing. How can I get my item back??
